Angles Alpha License Agreement

This license agreement is in addition to Apple’s standard end user license agreement (EULA).

Privacy

AI Initiatives, an American owned Company, does not gather or retain any collected data by Angles Alpha unless explicitly approved by the user. The data resides on the user’s iOS device and or any other devices controlled by the user. All data belongs to the end user and will reside on the iOS devices where Angles Alpha is installed, except when the devices are backed up or the user actively exports the data.

Terms of Use

When subscribing to the 1-month auto-renewing subscription users will be charged the listed price or equivalent for their territory. The available functionality is defined in the Active Subscription section of this document. The functionality will be available while the subscription is active. If the subscription period ends and is not renewed or is canceled then the user will be in an inactive subscription state as defined in this document.

Inactive Subscription

• The base functionality of the app without an active subscription offers limited capability.
• Without an active subscription users can scan a scene for a body or bodies and/or hand or hands detecting key points limited to the capability of Apple’s Vision API, but will not be presented numerical data on the relative biomechanical geometry of the subjects.
• If an active subscription lapses users can still access, edit, and share all History data collected during the use of previous active subscriptions but cannot gather and tabulate any new data until the subscription is renewed.

Active Subscription

• With an active subscription users can scan a scene for a body or bodies and/or hand or hands detecting key points limited to the capability of Apple’s Vision API and collect the data associated with each joint and relative position of the key points on the body with regards to spatial or temporal coordinates.
• With an active subscription users can start Sessions and send the session data to History.
• With an active subscription, users will gain access to new capabilities with Angles Alpha as they become available with new updates. This will include new joint combinations to assess, relative positions of joints and limbs/fingers, and other undisclosed options coming in the future.
